Mulberry House - Cinema/Music Room

What once was a neutral and unused second sitting room has now been transformed into a stylish cinema and music room. The original space, though functional, lacked character and warmth, making it feel disconnected from the rest of the home.

The client wanted a "den" like space where he could retreat to go watch the football and play his music without disrupting the rest of the household. I created a moody and luxurious entertainment den, complete with a 50" wall mounted TV, games console unit and mini fridge. I introduced dark, textured wallpaper that instantly added depth and drama to the space. I incorporated mood lighting, including ambient LED backlighting behind the TV, enhancing the cinematic experience while maintaining a cosy atmosphere.

Utilising the grey corner sofa that once lived in the main living room, I relocated it to the cinema and music room, where it now provides a plush and inviting seating area, perfectly suited for immersive movie nights and relaxed music sessions.

Now, this once-forgotten room has become an inviting space - perfect for family film nights, relaxing music sessions, and entertaining friends.
